Refund policy
Our 30-day return policy states that after you receive an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damages or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the problem and try to resolve it.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
